FORM CRS — CLIENT RELATIONSHIP SUMMARY

Aliya Financial LLC • Registered Investment Adviser

Effective Date: July 3, 2026

Aliya Financial LLC (“Aliya Financial,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is registered with the State of New Jersey as an investment adviser. Investment advisory services and fees differ from brokerage services and fees, and it is important for you to understand those differences. Free and simple tools are available to research firms and financial professionals at Investor.gov/CRS, which also provides educational materials about investment advisers, broker-dealers, and investing.

ITEM 1 — WHAT INVESTMENT SERVICES AND ADVICE CAN YOU PROVIDE ME?

We offer personalized investment advisory and financial planning services to retail investors, with a specialization in U.S.-Israel cross-border financial planning for individuals and families making Aliyah (relocating to Israel).

Our principal services include:

Monitoring

As part of our standard investment advisory services, we monitor client portfolios on an ongoing basis and provide periodic reviews. We will contact you at least annually to review your financial situation and investment objectives.

Investment Authority

We manage accounts on a non-discretionary basis, meaning we will provide investment recommendations but will always seek your approval before buying or selling investments in your account. You retain full control over all investment decisions.

Account Minimums

We do not impose a minimum account size, though we reserve the right to decline clients where the account size makes it impractical to provide our services effectively.

Conversation Starters — Ask Us:

“Given my financial situation, should I choose an investment advisory service? Why or why not?”

“How will you choose investments to recommend to me?”

“What is your relevant experience, including your licenses, education and other qualifications? What do these qualifications mean?”

ITEM 2 — WHAT FEES WILL I PAY?

ServiceFee StructureFrequency
Portfolio Management Annual fee of 1% of assets under management (AUM), billed quarterly (0.25% per quarter). Our full fee schedule is disclosed in our Form ADV Part 2A. Quarterly in advance or arrears
Financial Planning Fixed fee or hourly rate, agreed upon in writing before services begin. Upon engagement or as milestones are reached

Other Costs You May Pay

In addition to our advisory fee, you may pay other fees and costs related to your investments, including:

You will pay fees and costs whether or not you make money on your investments. Fees and costs will reduce any amount of money you make on your investments over time. Please make sure you understand what fees and costs you are paying.

Conversation Starters — Ask Us:

“Help me understand how these fees and costs might affect my investments. If I give you $10,000 to invest, how much will go to fees and costs, and how much will be invested for me?”

ITEM 3 — WHAT ARE YOUR LEGAL OBLIGATIONS TO ME? HOW ELSE DOES YOUR FIRM MAKE MONEY AND WHAT CONFLICTS OF INTEREST DO YOU HAVE?

Standard of Conduct

When we act as your investment adviser, we are held to a fiduciary standard. This means we are required to act in your best interest and not place our interests ahead of yours. At the same time, the way we make money creates some conflicts with your interests. You should understand and ask us about these conflicts because they can affect the investment advice we provide you.

How We Make Money & Conflicts of Interest

Conversation Starters — Ask Us:

“How might your conflicts of interest affect me, and how will you address them?”

ITEM 4 — DO YOU OR YOUR FINANCIAL PROFESSIONALS HAVE LEGAL OR DISCIPLINARY HISTORY?

No. Aliya Financial LLC and its financial professionals do not have any legal or disciplinary history to report.

Visit Investor.gov/CRS to research us and our financial professionals.
